1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Z.E.U.S (“we”, “us”) for the Z.E.U.S web app, Mac app, MCP server and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy policy.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Service is for individual use; accounts may not be shared. You're responsible for activity under your account and your registered devices — keep your credentials secure and revoke devices you no longer use.
3. The service
Z.E.U.S captures activity from apps you allow on your Mac, learns playbooks from it, answers questions about it, builds export packages, exposes it to MCP clients you connect, and can run agents on your Mac to perform work you hand off. Learned content is generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong; review it before relying on it.
4. Recording consent
You confirm that you're allowed to record every app and site you add to your allow-list, including on computers or accounts owned by your employer or a client, and that doing so complies with your agreements, your organization's policies and applicable law. Don't add apps that would capture other people's information you aren't permitted to process. You can pause capture and remove apps at any time.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your capture data, learned content and exports (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit Your Content only to provide and secure the Service, including sending it to the AI providers that power it. We don't use Your Content to train general-purpose models or sell it.
6. Agent actions
- Agent runs act in apps where you're signed in, using your access. You're responsible for the work packages you start and the actions you approve.
- By default, actions that send, submit, pay, delete or otherwise commit require your approval. If you promote a playbook to run without approvals, you accept responsibility for its unattended actions.
- Use the kill switch to stop a run at any time. We don't guarantee that an agent will complete a task correctly.
7. Acceptable use
You won't use the Service to:
- record people or systems without the authorization described in section 4;
- violate law, others' rights, or the terms of the apps you automate;
- attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass its safety controls;
- build a competing product from the Service or resell it.
8. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party apps and AI providers (for example Anthropic's Claude) and with MCP clients you connect. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. When you export a package or connect a client, you choose to send Your Content to it.
9. Beta & fees
The Service is currently offered as a beta at no charge. Features may change or be removed. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or others. On termination we delete Your Content as described in the Privacy policy; export anything you want to keep first.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranty that AI output or agent actions will be accurate or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
13. Indemnity
You'll indemnify us against claims arising from content you recorded without authorization, actions you approved or delegated to an agent, or your breach of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local law gives you the right to bring claims where you live.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post changes here and, for material changes, notify you in advance. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
